Privacy Policy

AccessAge is an age‑verification app for Shopify stores. We do not collect or store any customer‑identifiable information. The app records aggregate usage events (e.g., whether a verification attempt succeeded) to help merchants measure effectiveness and usage. These events do not include customer identifiers.

Information we process

• Shop domain (to associate settings and analytics with your store)
• Aggregate verification events (success/failure, view counts)
• Approximate country derived from hosting headers, when available

Data retention

When a merchant uninstalls the app, we automatically delete their store's settings and analytics data. We also comply with Shopify's GDPR webhooks for customer data requests and redactions.
